So ... Fizz 2?

robot day was disappointing

I really wish you will make a Turing Test II...It will be Really Awesome

It must feel wild. You haven't gotten a daily award higher than 2nd place, yet your most recent submission got Weekly User's Choice. That is no small feat!

If you feel that Turing Test wouldn't lend itself well to a sequel, I say you don't have to make it. Only make a sequel if you feel like it will work and if you'll have fun making it. There are a lot of forced sequels out there that are big disappointments. But it sounds like you know what you're doing, so good luck with your future projects :D

also I want to see you at Comic Con

Definitely man, shoot me a PM about where you'll be and what days you'll be there. I will check it when I can. I'm pretty lucky I was even able to use internet to send this message.

I loved Turing Test, and even bothered to look up what a "turing test" actually is. I can understand why people want a sequel, but I definitely agree that this story's "ending" is best left to one's own imagination. That's only if you assume the kid even believed what was happening in the first place.

Also, I know you said the website this storyline was inspired from, but would you perchance have a link?

Did Turing Test deserve the Weekly Users Choice above all those other animations? Maybe not. But it did deserve recognition, and I would have been very disappointed had it never received an award. It is a difficult feat to create tension and drama out of just text, some subtle music, and the occasional sound effect. You did this nearly perfectly. That alone was enough for me to favorite it. You say you have a spiritual successor in the cards? That sounds like a Flash worth waiting for.

when the robot day winners get announced, you will probably get the first place, look at robot day collection !!!

I agree Turing Test isn't something you can sequel. Congrats on finding a story that appeals so well to a mass audeince, more so than those other flashes you mentioned. While they are great in terms of animation they feel like they are missing something story-wise vs your flash which feels complete. I don't know if you were able to see the top 50 list today but your flash was number 2 right under Tarboy obviously defenders of the top 50 list are going to have a field day dragging your flash down in the list... but still its a great accomplishment considering you don't have a billion zombie-like fans as explosm does.

took me awhile to realisze it but jim and his girlfriend have no pants.... (thinkes then smiles)...- i have an idea but im just wondering is.. are you ever gonna get bob or jerry a grilfriend.. (is still smiling) anyway love the animations

actually, you could do what left for dead did. if you`re concerned about the kids continuation, you could have a different person stumble across the "bot"

but, if you are`nt concerned, it really wont matter.
